For the accessories, there is a significant difference between this version and the blue one. That release has more accessories. Including an extra shoulder cowl for displaying the figure without the cape. Also, an extra head with breathing tube in his mouth foe swimming (though to me it resembles a baby pacifier). The alternate head on the blue one had longer "ears", and the regular shoulder cowl had spikes on the each end. This version only comes with the alternate gritting teeth head, though the spikes are the same size as the regular head, a stand and base, a batarang attached via a bendy wire, and 6 pairs of hands, including fists, karate chop, open fingers, curved fingered, and two different holding hands. One is good for holding the batarang, the other had a tighter grip and is good for holding his cape. No extra cape-less cowl or breathing tube head. Despite the exclusion of those extras, I still think this figure is pretty good, especially considering I got it on sale.
The articulation is pretty good, just about the same as the Hush Batman. He sports ball joint torso, waist and wrists, swivel hinge shoulders, hips and ankles, double hinged elbows and knees, swivel thighs, toe hinge, and head on a ball peg. There are butterfly joints in the shoulders, but they are limited, due to the bulky sculpt and shoulder cowl. Also, his cape has four bendy wires in it, allowing you to bend in various directions. You'll be able to get him into some decent action poses.
Mafex Knight Crusader Batman (black version) is another nice release from Medicom, despite not having a lot of accessories. I've always preferred Batman in black and grey, as I find that color scheme more arresting than the blue grey version, so this one works for me. The extras that came with the Hush figure can be used with this figure, as well as those hands, since the wrist pegs are the same. You can display him holding Hush's grapple hooks or holding any of his batarangs. I'm happy to now own two very nice, highly articulated Batman figures, and he fits well with my Robin, Catwoman and Scarecrow.
